Multiple Web-Apps in EAR and scoped deployment

Hi,

I'm experiencing some issues (similar to JBSEAM-2797) with multiple seam web-apps in an EAR under JBoss 4.2.2.

Gavin recommended in this thread to use scoped deployment.

As I'm not a JBoss specialist, could somebody explain how to configure a scoped deployment in a seam EAR (JBoss doc is very theoretical on this subject) and give the inconvenient to use such a solution (if there is any) ?

Hello Antoine,

Please feel free to add your comments in the JIRA you mentioned, about the problems yo encountered.

Multiple webapps in an EAR must be something well tested, since it is a popular enterprise deployment type.
