Q: Why does Forge crash with Exception in thread Thread-0 com.google.common.collect.ComputationException: java.lang.ArrayStoreException: sun.reflect.annotation.TypeNotPresentExceptionProxy ?

A: This is caused when an installed plugin references a class that is not available. Find the offending plugin in your ~/.forge/plugins directory, and remove it.
